What types of hair and lash extensions do you offer?

XO Lover Hair Extensions:

XO Lover Hair Extensions are 100% Human Remy Hair for a natural blend. Ultra-premium quality, silicone and brass-free. Enjoy Genius Wefts, Double Drawn thickness, and full cuticle magic.

XO Lover Lash Extensions:

XO Lover Lash Extensions are ultra-rich black, matte perfection, and they fan like a dream! With a strong, long-lasting curl, they're perfect for any fanning method you love. Get ready to fall head over heels!

Are your hair extensions made from natural hair?

Yes! Our hair extensions are 100% Human Remy Hair.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes! Our products are ethically sourced. We prioritize ethical practices throughout our process to ensure our products are obtained responsibly.

How is your hair sold?

We do things a little differently! Instead of selling hair in packs, we sell by individual wefts. Why? Because we're all about giving you the freedom to get creative! Mix and match colors and lengths to create your client’s dream look! 

How many grams are in the Iconic wefts?

Our Iconic wefts come in four different lengths: 

♡ 16” = 15 grams per weft

♡ 20” = 20 grams per weft

♡ 22” = 22 grams per weft

♡ 24” = 25 grams per weft

What is the diameter of the lash extensions?

♡ Classic Bad Boy = .15 mm 

♡ High-Volume Lover = .06 mm

♡ Mega Charmer = .02 mm

What is the process for ordering extensions from XO Lover?

We are excited you’re ready to become an XO Lover! 

First things first REGISTER HERE in order to shop our lashes/wefts. 

Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email letting you know that you’re able to shop!

Pick out your favorites and add them to the cart! Check out using your Credit / Debit card, Afterpay, or PayPal — It’s that simple!

What is your return/exchange policy for extensions?

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your XO Lover Extensions! If for any reason you need to make an exchange, please email us at hello@xoloverbeauty.com with details. All exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order.

All exchanges must be approved by management. If approved, refunds will be issued for unworn exchanges that are in the same condition that you received them in.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return / exchange shipping.
